Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

      Cooking Instructions: Cooking times are approximate and appliances may vary. Conventional Oven: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Place pork in a shallow baking pan (If cooking 2 loin filets space 2-3 inches apart and roast uncovered for 35 minutes). 4. Roast for 35 minutes uncovered until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 5. Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.

      Keep refrigerated.
