The tea produced from these bushes is used exclusively for a special line of teas called American Classic Tea. Today the farm is thriving and has over 60,000 visitors a year. How to make a perfect cup. Start with fresh cold water and bring to just under a boil. Pour over tea bag, steep for 3 minutes (or whatever time you like), remove bag. For iced tea by the glass, steep longer & pour over ice. Enjoy!
