      McCormick Cumin Seeds are carefully sourced for superior flavor and quality and have a strong, distinctive, aromatic scent and warm flavor. Toss McCormick Cumin Seeds into chili or stir them into beef or lamb marinades to deliver rich, bold bites. Or add them to cheese dishes, eggs, curries, bean soups, or hummus for a tasty crunch.

      Directions

      Use 1/4 tsp. in marinade for 1 lb. lamb or beef. Add to cheese dishes, eggs, barbecue sauce, salad dressing and sauerkraut. Use in Mexican dishes such as tamale pie, tacos and chili con carne. Add 1/2 tsp. to 4 cups water to cook dried beans or pot roast.
